"Yes, we are satisfied with your accompaniment. We underwent treatment several times, and Ulink helped us to make arrangements with the hospital. Before we arrived, Ulink had sent a Guarantee Letter (GL) to the hospital and sent it to me via WA as well. Every time we came to the hospital, the hospital always said that they had not received GL. But that wasn't a problem because I also received GL, so I could easily send the GL to hospital admission at that time. The administrative and payment process went very smoothly, both during registration and checkout. My additional thanks go to one of the Ulink team (Mr. Andreas) who accompanied us and gave instructions while we were in Singapore. The information provided by Mr. Andreas is not only related to treatment at the hospital but also information on the location of the nearest hotel, road access, transportation, places to eat, location of the hospital, and so on. These little things meant a lot to us because at that time we only focused on treatment."
