"All staff in Ulink who communicated with us were easily reachable and were able to answer most of the questions being asked.
As such emergency evacuation situations are rare, it is understandable that mistakes might be made, but the staff were quick to recover from the mistakes.
Clear instructions were given throughout the whole process and the evacuation plans were smooth thanks to the whole team. It will be better if the forms are available in other languages besides English. Thank you all very much for your help once again. "
