Before we arrived, Ulink had sent a Guarantee Letter (GL) to the hospital and sent it to me via WA as well. Every time we came to the hospital, the hospital always said that they had not received GL. But that wasn't a problem because I also received GL, so I could easily send the GL to hospital admission at that time.
