Horrible experience, I had a heart attack and got admitted through A&E and then had angioplasty. So I was not anymore and emergency patient. I have health insurance of 3 million dollars from FWD. Despite that ULINK refused to give LOG of more than 5000. I was in hospital due to heart attack and stress was last thing I should be taking. But U link caused me so much stress. I had to reach out to CEO of FED through LinkedIn to get heard. Never ever again I hope I have to get associated with Ulink

It would help if the expected reports needed would have been listed down in the very first e mail . It was always asked in bits and pieces . You have to consider that the clinics need time to provide the reports ( about 1 week for each clinic ) . I also do not understand why my GP report was required and asked about my medical history . This could be done when I choose my insurance and should be kept in the files for future references (medical history does not change ) . It took about 5 weeks to get the GOP due to this and I had to postpone my procedure, which I purposely planned in my Holiday period so in the End it affected my work .
